My First Time.

Before a first time is a moment you lack words to define the feeling that will follow.

I woke up this beautiful morning after series of early morning extended family discussions. A topic  was raised by a concerned member of the family on the source of water in this locality.
And after we were informed . We gathered that apart from other sources which includes boreholes, rain and stream water.. wells are dominant sources of water in Enugu state.

So i set out to see a well for the first time.
The video explains the feelings and reactions well... lol

This first time is one i wont easily forget.

4th February: Free Health check up in owerri. International based NGO sponsoring a cancer walk

Hello guys, do you know 4th February is world cancer day? And an international non governmental organisation (the David omenukor foundation) with her Nigerian originality is storming Owerri to celebrate this day in a grand style? The David omenukor foundation is organizing a "cancer walk" around Owerri metropolis, taking off from Dan Anyiam stadium to IICC (IMO International Conference Centre). After this, there will be a free cancer screening, refreshment and some lectures on cancer etc.  The parade starts by 7am 4th February (this Saturday) ..
