Samuel Smiles Brian Tracy in his book Eat That Frog says, one of the best ways to overcome procrastination is for you to get your mind off the huge task and focus on a single action that you can take. One of the best ways to complete a difficult task is to take it bit by bit. Lao-tzu wrote, “A journey of a thousand leagues begins with a single step.” Discipline yourself to take it one step at a time whatever it may be. When you learn to go as far as you can see, then you will see far enough to go further. You can overcome procrastination and accomplish extraordinary things by taking just the first step, getting started towards your goal/task, and then taking it one step at a time.
