4th February: Free Health check up in owerri. International based NGO sponsoring a cancer walk

Hello guys, do you know 4th February is world cancer day? And an international non governmental organisation (the David omenukor foundation) with her Nigerian originality is storming Owerri to celebrate this day in a grand style? The David omenukor foundation is organizing a "cancer walk" around Owerri metropolis, taking off from Dan Anyiam stadium to IICC (IMO International Conference Centre). After this, there will be a free cancer screening, refreshment and some lectures on cancer etc.  The parade starts by 7am 4th February (this Saturday) .. 92 immigrants deported from US to Africa

Donald Trump’s vow to tighten US borders and deport illegal immigrants is already being enforced as 92 immigrants of African origin were sent packing. The immigrants were deported on Wednesday, January 25 on the same day the US president signed the executive actions on building the wall along the Mexican border. 90 Somalis and two Kenyans were deported and arrived aboard an American Charter Airline, Omni at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Kenya. The Somalis then proceeded to Mogadishu aboard a Juba Airways flight. Daily Nation reports that they deportees were accompanied by US security officials. It is official, Imo state is the first state in Nigeria to own and operate an airline company. The news of the inauguration of Imo Air is spreading fast with the citizens of the state rejoicing over the new achievement. This is indeed a new achievement for the Igbos as they have made an impressive landmark for the tribe and the nation as a whole. The Imo airline would be operated by Dana Air.
